Each Akasa pilates class offers a welcoming space to strengthen, heal, and align, whether you are a novice or an expert practitioner. Similar to yoga, pilates helps practitioners improve flexibility, muscular endurance, and specifically focuses on core strength and alignment.

 Pilates is a low impact exercise method that emphasizes proper alignment, core strength, lean muscles, flexibility and mind-body balance. Our pilates instructors have experienced personal healing from regular pilates practice, and invite any fellow pilates practitioners, as well as curious yogis, spin, and/or bootcamp enthusiasts, to join in for an all-levels experience.
