Our Low Impact classes work on slowly improving overall flexibility, balance, cardio endurance and muscle tone. Progressive flexibility allows for full range of motion which enhances daily living.

We are kickin’ it back to when fitness classes 1st began with Aerobics workouts set to foot tappin’ beats and heart pumpin’ music making fitness fun. Each song concentrates on a main muscle group while maintaining a whole body workout. Each routine is in sync with a song and collectively geared to increasing your cardio endurance and muscular strength. We incorporate hand weights through a majority of the class, however participants are not required to use them. So come move and groove!  All fitness levels.  Friday's @ 5:15pm.

Essentrics® is a unique exercise technique that honors the body's natural design. It is an intelligent movement form that works with the neuromuscular system to rebalance each joint and increase range of motion. The program draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain-free body.

This Pilates class offers a welcoming space to strengthen, heal and align, whether you are a novice or an expert practitioner. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, development of a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.  60 minutes.  All fitness levels are welcome!  Tuesday's @ 7am

Strengthen and Lengthen with Grace!  This class focuses on total body fitness, core conditioning and increased flexibility. Challenge yourself with hand weights/body-weight exercises along with heat-building yoga poses designed take your personal practice to the next level. Cultivate physical strength, mental concentration and overall vitality!  Appropriate for all fitness levels.  Friday's @ 7am, and Tuesday's at 4:30pm.

A yoga inspired, upbeat and energetic all-levels class with a mixture of light cardio, deep stretching and static holds. The ball will challenge your neuromuscular system as you try to balance your body in seated, standing and extended poses.Squatting, stretching and rolling out over the ball can help release tight fascia, resulting in deep relaxation. You can expect increased strength especially in the core and spinal regions as well as improved balance.

Train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and of course your abdomen to work in harmony by incorporating CORE focused strength into your weekly regime.  CORE & More will not only improve balance & stability by strengthening the entire trunk of that BEAUTIFUL body, but it will also leave you with that FEEL GREAT, accomplished, empowered attitude of gratitude!  Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Pelecore is a fun and challenging core strengthening program that fuses the science of physical therapy with core techniques from pilates, yoga and barre, making it both effective and enjoyable.  It uniquely integrates core training with pelvic floor exercises, addressing the needs of the lumbopelvic anatomy and working all the pelvic core muscles in functional unison.  This leads to a stronger core which can end lower pain, improve posture, build endurance, strengthen abs, eliminate urinary incontinence and improve many pelvic floor problems.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.    

forever fit | Strength & CONDITIONING

Join us for 45 minutes of movement to improve cardiovascular health along with flexibility, balance, core strength, body awareness and to increase functionality and mobility.  Standing routines with weights, resistance bands, and balls (small and large) will all combine to improve strength and prevent muscle loss and can actually increase muscle mass and bone strengthening.  This class is specially designed for those entering their golden year! Reduce risks of dementia, stroke, cancer and osteoporosis! All done to fun music in a cheerful no judgement class for those who wish to remain Forever Fit!  All fitness levels.

Stay Forever FLEXIBLE!!!  This class will utilize dynamic and controlled movements with resistance in the form of hand weights, resistance bands, balls and body weight to build strength, stability and range of motion. First a warm up, then a workout, & finally a stretch that will leave you feeling strong & steady, both mentally and physically.  All fitness levels.
