KID-FRIENDLY CLASSES

Founded by two busy, active moms with 6 very active children between us, it only made sense for Akasa to offer classes specifically for on-the-go parents like ourselves! While these are kid-friendly workouts, they are not limited to people with children. Come solo, or bring your kids and let them play alongside or participate. This is a great opportunity for you to lead by example. As your child watches you prioritize your health, they're likely to do the same.

TOTAL BODY SCULPT

45 minutes

Total body combines cardio, resistance training, plyometrics, isotonic and isometric movements. Each workout is designed to challenge all fitness levels. If there’s a move that’s too difficult, there are always modifications to provide the perfect degree of challenge.  Monday's @ 9:45am.  Appropriate for intermediate to advanced participants.

45 minutes

45 minutes of heart-pumping music makes this total body workout FUN!  This class will having you working up a sweat and torching calories with a combination of cardio and strength to the BEAT... challenging every muscle group and leaving you with a song stuck in your head and a feeling of wow I just had an AWESOME total body workout.  Wednesday's @ 9:30am.  All fitness levels welcome!

CREATIVE KIDS YOGA & FUN

45 minutes

Fun fun FUN!  Yogis in grades K-5 will build flexibility, strength, and improve concentration while exploring different yoga poses and breathing techniques. Class will be filled with yoga inspired creativity, games, teamwork, and of course FUN! 75 minutes. Ages 5-10 welcome. If your child is a mature 4 they are also welcome :)
