This is 60 minutes of heart-pumping music which incorporates weights and cardio that makes this total body workout FUN! Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine and each song has moves that are in sync with the BEAT of the music – make no mistake this is no dance class, this class will having you working up a sweat, torching calories with a combination of cardio and strength and challenge every muscle group leaving you walking out with a song stuck in your head and a feeling of wow I just had a FUN and great total body workout.  60 Minutes, All fitness levels welcome! Tuesday's @ 4:30pm & Friday's @ 5:15pm

TOTALBOD CIRCUIT

Looking to infuse your fitness routine with some new energy & excitement? Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, Christine's circuit training is a great way to challenge your body with a variety of exercises while boosting the fun factor.  A typical circuit training workout includes about 5-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength & endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core, so little or no rest is needed in between stations.  Fun, fast paced, fulfilling and 100% worth it!  All fitness levels. Saturday's @ 6:15am.

ZUMBA

Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba®Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.  This style of Zumba is Perfect for everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together and sweat it out.  All fitness levels.  Monday's @ 5:15pm.

STRENGTH & TONE

A strength training workout designed to build, tone, and STRENGTHEN your body using hand weights, bands, the barre and of course your own body weight.  STRENGTH workouts combine it all for an hands down killer workout!  All fitness levels.  Thursday's @ 5:45pm.

STRENGTHEN & LENGTHEN

Strengthen and Lengthen with Grace!  This class focuses on total body fitness, core conditioning and increased flexibility. Challenge yourself with hand weights/body-weight exercises along with heat-building yoga poses designed take your personal practice to the next level. Cultivate physical strength, mental concentration and overall vitality! All fitness levels.  Friday's @ 7am & soon to be Monday's @ 4:15 (10/7)

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 45 minutes of GO time!!  All fitness levels. Tuesdays @ 5am.

STRONG & LEAN

60 minutes

Looking to get STRONG by building muscle and LEAN by inadvertently boosting your metabolic rate!  This class is JUST what you need, actually this class is JUST what everyBODY needs.  Muscle strength is crucial in making your day-to-day activities easier, especially as you age and naturally begin to lose muscle mass.  It improves bone density, coordination, balance, posture, and the list goes on!  This class will begin with a fun brief warm up, progress into a 45 minute strength workout that focuses on all major and minor muscle groups, and end with a well deserved cool down stretch.  Your body is going to LOVE it!! Intermediate/advanced fitness level appropriate.  Tuesday's @ 5:45pm.

lower body circuit
