This is 60 minutes of heart-pumping music which incorporates weights and cardio that makes this total body workout FUN! Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine and each song has moves that are in sync with the BEAT of the music – make no mistake this is no dance class, this class will having you working up a sweat, torching calories with a combination of cardio and strength and challenge every muscle group leaving you walking out with a song stuck in your head and a feeling of wow I just had a FUN and great total body workout.  Appropriate for all fitness levels! Thursday's at 4:15pm

TOTALBOD CIRCUIT

60 minutes

Looking to infuse your fitness routine with some new energy & excitement? Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, Christine's circuit training is a great way to challenge your body with a variety of exercises while boosting the fun factor.  A typical circuit training workout includes about 5-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength & endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core, so little or no rest is needed in between stations.  Fun, fast paced, fulfilling and 100% worth it!  Appropriate for all fitness levels. Saturday's @ 6:15am.

HIIT STRONG

45 minutes

45 minutes of GO TIME! We move, we sweat, we huff and we hustle! HIIT workouts not only strengthen the muscles, but they improve your cardiovascular endurance, and bone density (especially when we add a bit of plyometrics). BONUS, not only will you typically burn more calories during a HIIT workout but the effect of all that intense exertion kicks your body's repair cycle into hyperdrive. That means you continue to burn fat and calories up to 24 hours after a HIIT workout. SWEET!!!  Appropriate for intermediate/advanced participants. Tuesday's @ 5:15am & Thursday's @ 6:15pm.

STRENGTHEN & LENGTHEN

60 minutes

This class focuses on total body fitness, core conditioning and increased flexibility. Challenge yourself with hand weights/body-weight exercises along with heat-building yoga poses designed take your personal practice to the next level. Cultivate physical strength, mental concentration and overall vitality! Appropriate for all fitness levels. Friday's @ 7am, and Tuesday @ 4:30pm

lower body circuit

upper body circuit

BARRE circuit

All those GREAT Barre moves, Circuit Style! This low impact class will utilize it all... Small balls, resistance bands, hand weights, and of course the barre. Strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms!  Appropriate for all fitness levels.  Tuesday's @ 5:45pm.

ZUMBA

60 minutes

Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba®Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.  This style of Zumba is Perfect for everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together and sweat it out.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.  Monday's @ 5:15pm.
